First off get qbittorent (google it) 100% safe.

Torrenting itself is not safe.

 

Next off know reliable websites to get torrents from.

Torrenting games: Torrenting major games is easy af. (only torrent single-player games)

 

Go to a torrent website, then search up the game you want to download. Find a link with a lot of seeders, and then click "Get this torrent"

Most reliable game torrents will have a installer for you, or the game will be portable, meaning that you do not need to install it, all of the files are in a folder.

Once you have successfully installed a game, you can delete all of the bin files that came with the torrent to free up some space on your storage.

 

There are easier ways to torrent games, such as going to websites like IGGgames.com, and then using something like google drive to download your game. Basically, once you finish downloading all of the .rar files, you can export the first one, which will give you an option to also export the 2nd one with it.

 

 

Torrenting music/movies:

This process is the same as the one above, just go to a website, then search it up. If a movie has just been released it won't have a blue-ray copy, therefore all you'll find are versions where people recorded the movie with their phone or whatever in a movie theater. So just wait until the blue-ray comes out.

 

Torrenting Applications:

is very similar to torrenting a game. The difference is that it is much harder to install a torrented application.

When you torrent a game, it should be very easy to install it, as it usually has a custom installer.

However, with an application, there will often be some shady stuff such as a "crack", "keygen", or editing the "hosts file". You probably shouldn't torrent applications without knowing any idea of what to do first, just to be safe :p

 

Torrenting books/audio books:

Here is where the process will differ a little. First off, you will often have trouble finding a book on a torrenting website.

Therefore, you'll probably google something like "book title epub/pdf download/torrent"

Obviously that will lead you to a bunch of shady af websites, but as long as you have the chrome extension "Web of Trust" you shouldn't get into a sticky situation :P

 

Obviously there are less audio books, but if you are Vincent and you like listening to audiobooks in your freetime, you might as well try to look for some.
