Part A:

x= +/- Sqr(-b/a)  DNE

(-infinity, 0)U(o, infinity)

 

Part B:

None

 

Part C:

-2bx^-2

(-infinity, 0)

 

 

Part D:

None, at x=0, the sign of f"(x) changes from positive to negative, but at x=0, f"(x) does not equal 0. At x=0, f"(x) does not exist
